Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and a passion for the hospitality industry. As an Online Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive traffic to Hilton's website and social media channels - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement - Create engaging content for social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertisements - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for online marketing campaigns - Assist in the coordination of online promotions, contests, and other events to drive customer engagement - Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing to ensure Hilton remains competitive in the digital space

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about digital marketing and the hospitality industry - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate online marketing strategies and results - Strong strategic planning skills to develop and execute successful online marketing campaigns - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools - Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
