Job Description:

The Online Marketing Associate at PNC Financial Services Group will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This role will require a high level of creativity, innovation, and communication skills to effectively engage with our target audience and drive results.

Responsibilities: - Assisting in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and digital advertising - Analyzing marketing data and trends to optimize campaign performance and drive ROI - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative content and messaging that resonates with our target audience - Monitoring and responding to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels - Assisting with the maintenance and optimization of the company website and online presence - Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in online marketing or related field - Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Must have the ability to work in Washington D.C., US - Equal opportunity employer
