Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Campbell Soup is seeking a talented Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in online marketing. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, independent, possess strong persuasion skills, and have excellent decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Manage social media channels and engage with customers to build brand loyalty - Create and schedule content for various online platforms - Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas for optimization - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online marketing - Assist with other marketing activities as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in online marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with email marketing and SEO is a plus
