Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a talented and driven Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on digital advertising, email marketing, and social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on our digital platforms - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and social media - Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services to our target audience - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all online marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing to recommend innovative strategies for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment - Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and creative writing skills - Adaptable and independent, with a proactive mindset to take on new challenges - Innovative and able to think outside the box to drive impactful results - Strong time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
