Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communications Specialist to join our team at Ford Motor. This is a part-time remote position based in San Francisco, California, US. As an Entry Level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic communication initiatives to promote Ford Motor's brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of communication strategies to reach target audiences - Draft press releases, blog posts, and social media content - Monitor media coverage and track public perception of the company - Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged - Coordinate with external partners and agencies to maximize communication impact - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market - Provide support for events, product launches, and other communication activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Strong writing and editing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines - Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus - Must have a high level of negotiation skills
