Pr Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

TJX is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Associate to join our growing team. This is a remote work opportunity based in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, and possess excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote TJX products and services - Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage - Write press releases, pitches, and other media materials - Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide feedback to internal teams - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and other public relations activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in public relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in public relations or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel as needed
