Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team at Deere in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in communications or a related field. The Communications Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies to help our company achieve its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication plans to support company initiatives - Write and edit content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Provide support for events, including planning and executing logistics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in communications or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Innovation and project management soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
