Job Description:
St. Jude Medical in Seattle, Washington is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate about the work they do, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement - Create and manage content for various channels including social media, website, and email campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to track effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Serve as a spokesperson for the company in media interviews and public relations opportunities - Assist in crisis communication planning and execution as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and project management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Experience with content management systems and design software is a plus
