Communications Specialist - Work from home

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a motivated and creative Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to kickstart their career in communications.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to promote Las Vegas Sands' mission and values - Write and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, social media, website, and internal communications - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to identify areas for improvement - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders - Assist with crisis communication as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Confident and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders - Persuasion skills to influence decision-making - Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
