Online Communications Specialist

Job Description: Philip Morris International is seeking a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online communications and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain followers - Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to align online communication efforts with overall marketing objectives - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of online communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvements - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online communication to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in online communications or digital marketing - Proven track record of developing successful online communication strategies - Energetic and motivated personality with strong cooperation and innovation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus
