Baxalta is seeking a talented Online Content Writer to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the Online Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in content writing and be passionate and dedicated to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities: - Research and write engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other online channels - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns - Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content writing - Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing content - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently - Utilize SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in content writing - Strong writing and editing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse audiences - Passion for creating compelling and informative content - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems
