Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team at Oscar Health as an Online Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online social media platforms to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement - Create and schedule posts for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and adjust strategy as needed - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving skills and strong leadership abilities
