Pr Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and adaptable PR Associate to join our team at Booking.com in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level PR professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and increasing awareness of our services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to promote Booking.com in the local market - Create press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials - Cultivate relationships with local media outlets and journalists - Coordinate and organize press events and conferences - Monitor and analyze media coverage, and prepare reports for management - Assist in crisis communication management when needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated communications strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR or related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills - Persuasive communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software tools - Experience with social media management is a plus
