Job Description:
Alaska Air Group is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's social media channels, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to increase our online presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management, be adaptable, and motivated to drive results.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Engage with our online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable personality with a strong motivation to succeed - Soft skills: innovation and leadership - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices
