PRO SHOP

Job Summary 

Shepherd’s Hollow is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team working in our Pro Shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude and a dedication to superior service. Full time and part time positions are available.

Compensation 

$15 per hour

Responsibilities 

We welcome and train all experience levels! 

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.  


• Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.  


• Handle customer check-in procedures for reservations efficiently and accurately.  


• Maintain and replenish inventory levels in the pro shop.  


• Actively sell pro shop merchandise and assist customers with product selection.

Candidate Requirements 

We are looking for applicants who are:  

• Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.  


• Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.  


• A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.  


• Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications  

• Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, evening, and some weekend shifts  


• Experience: Prior experience in golf and customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.


• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)  


• Must display good judgement and problem solving skills.
