1st Shift - Mentor

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, training, qualifying, and developing employees and continuously improving the training processes. A mentor is sure to welcome every new team member the same way, train every new team member the same way for their area, and evaluate every new team member the same way.

- Implementation of all training procedures according to the area's training plan including additional trainings throughout employment.

- Introduction, management, qualifying, and assistance with the training of employees.

- Ensure a new hire has been acquainted to the work, including necessary training materials, documents, and processes.

- Misc. tasks as assigned by management in accordance with skill level
