2025-26 School Year Part Time Physical Education Assistant

Description

To provide physical fitness awareness and organized athletic activities for students on the elementary level and support students in after school activities.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Lead Physical Education Teacher and After School Director in the following Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Plan activities for physical education and after school classes that are age appropriate. 2. Provide instructional programs for students that include training in sportsmanship and team development. 3. Provide instructional programs for students that promote self-esteem. 5. Maintain equipment and materials and keep an accurate inventory of supplies. 6. Assist classroom teachers with special projects or activities as needed. 7. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the principal.

Hours: 20 hours a week however position may be combined with After School Care for additional Hours (negotiable) from 11am to 3pm
