2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor Full-Time or Part-Time 20/Hr - Bi-Lingual prefer

• As a leading provider in building maintenance, City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor / Night Manager to join our team.
• Your shift will typically run from 6 PM to 2 PM (full-time or part-time), during which you will coordinate night crews and inspect various accounts between Fort Myers and Naples, ensuring all cleaning tasks are executed to the highest standard.
• You will be responsible for:
• Conducting detailed inspections of all facilities to ensure compliance with established cleaning standards.
• Training and managing janitorial crews, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Communicating effectively with both crew members and the 1st shift management team to address any issues or special requests.
• Preparing nightly reports summarizing the work completed, any issues encountered, and feedback on crew performance.
• Maintaining organized key access for buildings and ensuring security protocols are followed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must currently reside in the Fort Myers/Naples area.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within the janitorial service industry is preferred but not required. We will consider someone without janitorial experience if candidate can manage or lead.
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, planning, and organizational skills.
• Must have a reliable automobile and a clean FL Driver's License. We provide a monthly car allowance.
• Bilingual English - Spanish preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
