PAY: $19.50 to $22.00 per hour

• Upon completing 4 months of employment, hourly pay will be increased to $20 hourly.


• Team members with the desire to grow, can earn an additional $1 hourly for level 3 and $2 hourly for level 4.


• Additional pay for AA/Bachelors degree


• Additional pay for RBT.


• RBT training available IN HOUSE


• AEC runs a 1:2 service ratio; 1 team member to two persons served

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21+ years of age


• Reliable vehicle


• CA Driver’s License (with over 3 years of driving experience - no more than 2 infractions in the past 3 years)


• High school diploma


• Location - Santa Ana, CA


• Department - 8:00 Am - 2:00 PM +
