As a Success Coach, you will:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, focusing on the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test (SHSAT) and other standardized tests, including the SSAT for secondary school admissions and SAT, to prepare students for top-tier institutions.

• Help students master critical concepts, develop effective test-taking strategies, and build confidence.

• Tailor learning plans to meet each student's specific needs and goals.

• Create a motivating, supportive environment for students to excel academically.

• Produce videos and create learning content for digital and self-paced learning.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and our team to monitor progress and adjust learning strategies.

• Make a meaningful impact in preparing students for these crucial exams.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Specialize in SHSAT preparation or with experience in SAT and SSAT.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Are patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping students succeed.

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required.
