Who We’re Looking For

PMP is looking for energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.

Position Description: The Access Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating vehicular and pedestrian access to the community.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Checks credentials and ensures visitors are approved on the roster
  • Directs visitors and deliveries to their destinations
  • Keep accurate log of visitors daily
  • Ensure all guests for parties and real estate matters coordinated per community rules
  • Answer calls and assist homeowners as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all 
  • levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate onsite technology
  • Ability to handle emergencies in a calm and efficient manner
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain or heat
  • Stand for long periods of time

Requirements

Administrative levels  experience

Ability to engage  with internal personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner

Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
