Job Description：
Responsibilities:
*** Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with the team in China***

• Generate purchase orders when required.
• Manage vendor payments, process vendor payments including monthly and timely, and accurately, and comply with company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Take the lead in resolving purchase order, purchase request, and invoice issues with internal and external parties.
• Perform Ad-hoc accounting and financial duties as assigned.

Job Requirements：
Requirements:

• BS or BA in economics, accounting, finance, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin is required due to communication requirements with the team in HQ in China).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet priorities in a fast-paced environment.
