Job Description - Account Specialist

TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Account  Specialist you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of  clients, including healthcare providers and brokers. This role is responsible  for managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, handling  billing and reporting, and building strong relationships to support company  growth.

· Serve as the primary liaison between the company and  assigned accounts.

· Resole client issues and concerns in a timely and  professional manner.

· Monitor trip activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of  pickups and drop-offs.

· Process and review invoices, trip logs, and payments related  to client accounts.

· Maintain accurate records of client communications and  accountancy using CRM or internal software

· Provide regular performance reports to clients and various  management.

· Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service  teams to ensure seamless execution of services.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance  customer satisfaction.

· Assist with various day-to-day scheduling needs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

· 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or administrative support (NEMT or healthcare industry preferred).

· Strong understanding of transportation logistics and healthcare service coordination is a plus.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail -orientated with strong analytical and follow-up skills.

· Familiarity with NEMT software platforms (e.g. Modivcare, Samsara, etc)

· Clean criminal background.

· Negative drug screen.

· Ability to work in a full time in-person setting.

JOB TYPE: Full-time 

$26.00hr-$34.00hr based on experience
