Accounting Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to help with basic data entry tasks. This role is part-time and focused primarily on entering invoices into our accounting software system. No advanced accounting work required. 

Responsibilities:

• Enter vendor invoices accurately into our accounting software
• Verify invoice details and flag any discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital records
• Perform other light administrative tasks as needed 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
• Prior experience with accounting software is a plus, but not required
• Dependable and able to work independently

• Part-time
• Flexible schedule within normal business hours
