We are a local, veteran-owned, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company looking at expanding our accounting team with a part time accounting clerk. 

This is a part time, in-office position, starting at 20-25 hours a week (could be more hours later on). Our office is local, so you would be required to come into the office to train, work, and attend events. 

Must have the following:

-Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience
-Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
-Knowledge of and ability to learn essential accounting software
-Data entry experience
-Familiarity with spreadsheets, google sheets, formulas, and data analysis tools
-A general understanding of the main accounting principals, such as accurals and revenue
-Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Capable of spotting and resolving discrepancies quickly
-Self-motivated and independent starter

-Construction, mechanical trade knowledge or experience preferred
Has the possibility to grow into a more prominent position within the company for the right candidate. Pay DOE.
