Accounting Clerk- Part Time Seasonal

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm

This is the perfect opportunity for someone building their accounting experience—who enjoys a friendly, supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support our team with tasks such as:

Accounts Receivable
• Process monthly billing for Extended Time and Preschool programs.
• Review account profiles and prepare billing statements.
• Process payments, late fees, refunds, and NSF replacements.

Cash Receipts
• Assemble deposits and recap sheets.
• Process daily cash journal entries.
• Enter cash batches into the accounting system.
• Record miscellaneous revenue and maintain organized records.

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; business/accounting coursework a plus
• At least one year of bookkeeping, cash handling, or data-entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Incode 10 or RecTrac is a plus—not required
• Friendly, helpful communication skills
