Apto Solutions is hiring for a Part-time Accounting Specialist.

Responsibilities:

The Part-time Bookkeeper will: 

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Process accounts payable
• Issue bills, track and document updates and payments 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software 
• Manage direct expense accounting 
• Prepare, check, and process invoices
• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar Accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Familiarity with public accounting procedures and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial data
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Location: Atlanta, GA, 30318
• Hybrid with 3 days in the office.
• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
