Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Summary: We are looking for highly motivated individuals to manage the accounts receivable and collections aspects of a leak detection company.

Great candidates are likely to be:

• Comfortable with learning and using new technology


• Appreciate working a flexible schedule


• Confident in using Quickbooks and Salesforce


• Capable of de-escalation and problem solving

Position includes:

• Hourly pay and/or commission


• Overtime Pay (as applicable)


• Paid Travel Time (as applicable)

In the job the leak detection technician will be asked to do:

• Communicate with management, colleagues, and customers


• Provides professional courteous customer service


• Manage all past due accounts and collect payments

Education

• High School or equivalent / some college education.
