Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of recreational and therapeutic activities.

- Engage residents in various activities, promoting participation and enjoyment.

- Monitor and document resident participation and feedback to improve future activities.

- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during activities.

- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and readily available.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a similar role is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
