Day to Day:  

• Support residents through engaging daily activities, group programs, and special events that enhance overall quality of life
• Encourage involvement by providing hands‑on assistance and adjusting activities to match individual needs and abilities
• Contribute to a friendly, welcoming community by building positive relationships and engaging with residents throughout the day
• Assist with planning and carrying out holiday celebrations, birthdays, themed programs, and special events
• Help prepare activity spaces by setting up materials, organizing supplies, and assisting with clean‑up to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:  

• Must be 18 years of age or older, required
• Must have High school diploma or GED
• Must have one year of experience planning and leading activities or events 
• Senior Living experience preferred
• Must speak fluent English
