What You’ll Do:

• Lead and assist with engaging activities, events, outings, and celebrations for residents in assisted living and memory care
• Encourage participation and highlight each resident’s unique interests and talents
• Provide one-on-one engagement and companionship to foster connection and belonging
• Safely drive a 12-passenger community shuttle for resident outings and appointments
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the shuttle, ensuring comfort and safety

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience using a bus lift is a plus
• Previous experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred
• A genuine passion for working with and supporting seniors
