Department: History, Philosophy and Social Sciences

Adjunct Instructor, Psychology HV-ADJ-61725 F25

Minimum qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology or closely related discipline from an accredited college or university and previous college teaching experience. Ability to teach on campus classes.
Preferred qualifications: Experience teaching online, hybrid, and in person classes. Ability to teach in other social science areas. 

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide instruction in psychology including teaching general psychology and additional psychology courses at the 100 and 200 level. Teach in other social science areas as needed.
Evaluate student performance and complete assessments as required by the College.
Collaborate with colleagues on course and program development as well as transfer course review.

Participate in departmental, division wide, and/or college wide committees. 

At the direction of the Department Chairperson, faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract.

The Salary is $1,457.00 per contact hour.
