We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Specialist.

The Administrative Specialist will interface with fellow team members to support the administrative and accounting functions of the office. This entry-level position includes detailed data entry using our internal accounting software and Microsoft Office products. This role will also require light reception/phone duties and filing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great time management skills, and the flexibility to incorporate other duties as needed. This position is part-time Mon - Thurs. from 8 am – 1 pm.

Familiarity with the construction environment is a plus. We offer a casual workspace. This position may transition into fulltime M-F 8am - 4:30pm.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience

Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel

Strong attention to detail and organized

Proficient in using computer systems and typing

Ability to handle incoming calls and messages

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
