In this role, you will ensure seamless client experience and optimize the firm’s efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


The responsibilities for this role are designed to ensure a seamless client experience, optimize firm efficiency, and empower our tax partners to focus on high-value strategic work. This position is about driving tangible impact and owning your outcomes.



  • Reception Desk Duties

  • Client Scheduling & Communication



  • Administrative Support



  • Client Data Management

  • Accuracy & Compliance

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Coordinate correspondence with subcontractors and vendors,including invoice routing and monitoring payments

  • Coordinate materials for meetings and schedule meetings

  • Prepare Partners for every client meeting



  • Data Security


Qualifications


The ideal candidate embraces challenges, possesses a high capacity for navigating varied demands, and is not constrained by limiting labels or self-limiting beliefs. This individual recognizes that they "can do both"—managing intricate details with precision while also contributing strategically to the broader objectives of the firm.


Requirements:



  • Experience: Two (2) years of administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with a professional services firm and/or accounting experience is highly preferred.
