We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and our dedicated team members. Now, we’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Job Summary

As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing various administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help keep everything running smoothly!

What You’ll Do

  • Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for our recruiting team.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Support other administrative functions as needed to help our team thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

20 hours per week flexible schedule to be agreed upon within the time frame of Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 5:00pm

$12.00-$14.00 per hour DOE
