Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher

Behavioral Crossroads Transportation is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher to join their team! This is a part-time, onsite position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 3 or 3:30pm. Pay range is between $16-$18 per hour.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Transportation Department as needed and directed by the Director of Transportation or the Transportation Supervisor, including answering telephones, making calls, typing, and preparing reports as needed and directed.


• Attendance tracked and put in system daily.


• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed and directed by Director of Transportation or Transportation Supervisor.


• Breakdown and review driver’s paperwork. Check driver logs, fuel receipts, and ETA reports for accuracy. Maintain monthly recap of driver logs.


• Arrange receipts and track weekly


• Schedule pickup, appointments, assign to routes
