Align Treatment Center is a female adolescent (ages 10-17 years) residential program for eating disorders located in San Diego, CA. We specialize in a family-based treatment model, utilizing evidence-based, patient-focused care that empowers parents and caregivers to support lasting recovery. Our comprehensive treatment approach includes individual, family, and group therapy, nutrition therapy, psychiatric and medical support, and expressive therapies.

Role Description:

This is a part-time (10-hours per week) on-site role for an Eating Disorders Dietitian at Align Treatment Center located in Escondido, CA. The Dietitian will be responsible for providing psycho-education, nutritional counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and personalized meal plans for adolescent patients with eating disorders. Supervision will be provided by the Nutrition Director.

Hourly wage is $36-38 depending on experience

Qualifications:

-Registered Dietitian (RD) required

-Experience working with adolescents and in the FBT modality is preferred

-Experience working with eating disorders population

-Knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

-Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
