Position Overview
Provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Compensation Range:
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.
How Program Therapists Empower Recovery:
- Ensure the strictest adherence to professional boundaries with clients, consistently upholding ethical standards and creating a safe, respectful environment for all interactions.
- Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
- Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
- Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
- Actively contribute to treatment team discussions by sharing client assessments, family dynamics, and responses to therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
- Engage in multidisciplinary case conceptualization, contributing to the development of holistic and integrative treatment plans.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
Schedule
- Part Time Day Shift - To be discussed at time of interview.
- 4 days/week at 5 hours/day or
- 5 days/week at 4 hours/day
Qualifications
- Current Provisional or Associate licensure in the state of employment required.
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field .
Professional Qualifications:
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience .
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
- Computer proficiency .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
