ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Advertising Partnerships Assistant is responsible for managing Division-D's internal knowledge base. With support from internal team members, the Advertising Partnerships Assistant updates documentation, writes instructional articles, and collaborates with team members on opportunities to improve the knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a sharp eye for formatting and exceptional attention to detail. Experience - formal or otherwise - in software development, coding or computer programming is a plus (though not required).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Research and write instructional documentation for new platforms/procedures 
•  Update existing documentation when new features/capabilities are introduced 
•  Monitor and respond to team requests and comments regarding documentation 
•  Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to expand the scope of our knowledge base

•  Confidence and discipline to work independently 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

•  Technical writing experience
•  Experience writing to Associated Press (AP) Style guidelines
