Aesthetic APRN/PA Opportunity

La Chíc Bohème is seeking an experienced licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in aesthetic medicine to join our Med Spa team on a part-time basis, with room to grow for the right candidate. Our med spa is a faith-inspired sanctuary dedicated to beauty, wellness, and renewal, offering cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and integrative wellness services.

Job Overview:

As an Aesthetic APRN/PA at La Chíc Bohème Med Spa, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. This position requires expertise in administering neurotoxins (such as Botox), dermal fillers, and laser treatments, as well as a strong understanding of integrative wellness practices. Additionally, you will receive specialized training in BioTE bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to expand your expertise in total body wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aesthetic Treatments: Perform injectable procedures, including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.), dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements for the face and body.
• BioTE Hormone Therapy: Receive training and certification to assess, recommend, and administer BioTE bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to clients seeking hormone optimization.
• Client Assessment & Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations, review medical history, and evaluate aesthetic and wellness concerns to create personalized treatment plans.
• Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment strategies based on each client’s goals while ensuring safety, effectiveness, and natural-looking results.
• Client Education: Educate clients on injectable treatments, BioTE therapy, and other wellness offerings, providing clear pre- and post-care instructions.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict infection control protocols, adhere to industry standards, and ensure all treatments comply with medical and ethical guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed medical records, including client history, treatment plans, and procedure outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless client experience, consulting with colleagues on complex cases when necessary.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, injectables, and hormone replacement therapy through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in good standing.
• Extensive experience in administering Botox, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers is required.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification in BioTE bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.
• Excellent bedside manner, professionalism, and commitment to client care.
• Ability to educate clients on treatment options while managing expectations and ensuring natural, beautiful results.
