Who we are: Kids Junction Learning Center is a family owned, state licensed facility that teaches the basics of Christian morals and character. Our desire is to make a life-long difference in the lives of children by partnering with their families. 

We are conveniently located inside the Princeton Club on Madison’s west side. Our location gives prime access to bus lines, the belt line, and bike trails. Our facility also provides free off-street parking.

About the job: The primary responsibilities of this position are to welcome kids as they arrive at our center after school, help serve snacks, supervise and engage with children during activities, station time, and gym time. All supplies and materials are provided. 

Hours for this position are 1:00 – 5:45 pm Mondays and 2:45 – 5:45 pm Tuesday through Friday. More hours are available for those interested in being an after-school driver. 

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate a passion for helping children develop and grow 
• Demonstrated team player 
• Good communication skills 
• Have completed college coursework in early childhood, Infant/Toddler, Assistant Teacher and/or Lead Teacher Course (or willing to complete the coursework to meet requirements) 
• Be age 18 years or older
