A bit about us:
We are an easygoing, open-minded family recently relocated from Hawaii to California. Our home is relaxed and Montessori-inspired, with few strict rules, but we value respect, kindness, and curiosity. We love to explore on weekends, cook together, and spend time outdoors. We have two friendly cats and a pool in our backyard.

Our 5-year-old daughter is a social, happy girl who makes friends everywhere she goes. She loves singing, dancing, drawing, Barbies, and playing make-believe! She just started kindergarten.

A bit about you:
You are patient, laid-back, and respectful toward children. You enjoy engaging with kids through play, conversation, and activities. You listen to their ideas, encourage independence, and support their creativity. You’re comfortable swimming, walking to and from school, and driving for extracurricular activities (using your own vehicle). You’re calm, friendly, and able to maintain a positive, flexible attitude.

Job Duties:
Pick-ups from school (walking distance), driving to extracurricular activities, engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities such as drawing, dancing, singing, dress-up, and swimming, supervise pool time safely, encouraging tidying up after play, and keeping bedroom organized.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of childcare experience (can be babysitting and/or nanny experience), basic swim ability, able to work in a home with cats, willing to get CPR-certified, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s License,

Set yourself apart: You are bilingual! You are flexible to do date nights or to work longer hours with prior communication on days when Alice’s school is closed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (2-6p)
Starts ASAP!

Pay: $30-$36 an hour
