Pivot Advising is an e-commerce growth studio launching high-performance brands. We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator/Editor to help us bring our brands to life across social media using cutting-edge AI tools.

We are looking for someone who understands how to blend creativity, storytelling, and performance with the speed and power of tools like Runway, Pika, Veo, GPT, Gemini, CapCut and fast emerging other tools. 

What You’ll Do:

• Use AI tools to create short-form content (product ads, viral skits, TikToks, Meta, etc.)

• Turn raw concepts, scripts, or voiceovers into polished, scroll-stopping videos

• Create and iterate content quickly based on real-time feedback and platform trends (24-hour turnaround on what is trending)

• Work across multiple brands — from lifestyle to performance to humor-driven products

• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to deliver assets that convert

 Tools You Might Use:

• Runway – for AI video generation and VFX

• Pika or Veo or Gemini – for cinematic AI creation and transitions

• CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut – for editing and polishing

• Midjourney / DALL•E / Photoshop – for image asset generation

• ChatGPT / ElevenLabs / Descript – for scriptwriting and voiceover

We will rely on you to pick the best of the best software, but you should be comfortable experimenting, learning, and blending AI tools to deliver incredible results fast and accurate. 

You Might Be a Fit If:

• You’re a content creator at heart, with a knack for what grabs attention

• You’ve edited short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts and have a portfolio to show it

• You’re fluent in AI editing tools or excited to learn fast

• You move fast, take feedback well, and can self-manage deadlines

• You love turning chaos into content

 Bonus Points For:

• A portfolio of TikTok-style videos or branded content
• Experience with e-commerce or performance marketing
• Meme sense of humor or viral instincts
• Experience editing for multiple brands or clients simultaneously
• Social Media posting and knowledge of social media platforms

 Pay & Perks:

• $25-45USD/hr, depending on experience and speed
