Position Summary
We are hiring skilled and professional Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (A&P Mechanics) who thrive in a high‑performing, team‑oriented environment. Candidates must be committed to excellence, quality, safety, compliance, and fulfilling our customers’ maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve unscheduled maintenance issues on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Remove and replace piston aircraft engines.
- Carry out composite and metallic structural repairs.
- Complete avionics software updates.
- Jack, lift, tow, and manually move aircraft as required.
- Clean, lubricate, and service aircraft systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Airframe and/or Powerplant Certificate (both preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years related aviation maintenance experience (General aviation preferred).
- Experience with composite repair and paint is a plus.
- Own complete set of professional aviation tools. Specialty tools provided.
- This position is subject to compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and safety-sensitive requirements.
- Team‑oriented communicator who takes initiative and upholds Part 145 compliance.
