AK051- Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant - The Woodlands, TX

• Provide attentive, engaging, and age-appropriate care for the three children.
• Serve as the family's primary childcare professional while collaborating with the Household Manager/Personal Assistant to ensure household continuity.
• Manage school pickups, transportation, extracurricular activities, homework support, meal preparation, evening routines, children's organization, laundry, and communication with parents, educators, tutors, and ABA providers.
• Assist with family errands and family assistant responsibilities as needed.
• Provide occasional overnight coverage during executive travel.

The ideal candidate is calm, steady, organized, and solutions-oriented. They understand the importance of consistency and routine while maintaining flexibility when circumstances change. They are emotionally mature, communicative, and capable of building trust with both children and adults. The family values reliability, professionalism, accountability, and a genuine investment in helping the children thrive.

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
• Experience supporting school-aged children
• Experience working with neurodivergent children strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Safe driving record

• Reliable personal vehicle required. Mileage reimbursement provided for all work-related driving.

• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable working within a structured co-parenting environment
• Cultural competence and appreciation for diverse family dynamics
• Long-term mindset and commitment to stability

$35-$45 per hour DOE
