We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with a background in recreational therapy to join our team as a Part-Time Life Enrichment Assistant at our beautiful new Grand Villa property in Port Charlotte, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and therapeutic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.

- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages resident participation.

- Collaborate with the therapeutic team to assess residents' needs and preferences.

- Monitor and document residents' progress and participation in activities.

- Provide support and encouragement to residents during activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Background in recreational therapy or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

- Flexibility to adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of residents.
