We are currently seeking Part Time A La Carte Servers. The A La Carte Servers play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests. You work side by side with our exceptional culinary team ensuring that the members/guests have a pleasant dining experience.

• Starting Wage: $17.00 and up - per hour based on experience
• Full Time Hours: 30 + hours a week
• Part Time Hours: Evenings and Weekend; less than 30 hours per week
• Variable Hours Schedule: Tuesday - Sunday + Holidays

A La Carte Server duties may include:

• Greeting members/guests as they are seated at the table; ensures the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
• Distributing menus and presenting the daily specials.
• Answering questions regarding the menu.
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them to the kitchen.
• Delivering food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to members/guests.
• Ensuring that food is prepared correctly and to the member/guests satisfaction; returning incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen.
• Collecting plates and clearing the table as members/guests finish their meals.
• Assisting with other duties such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete Club's training course.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
