Here are the details:

This energetic and goal-oriented position is packed with opportunity to be a catalyst within the ever-growing healthcare industry. The main focus of this role is recruiting quality Allied HCP’s (PT, OT, and SLPs) and connecting them with the healthcare communities that need their care most. YOU have the chance to help make that happen and play a part in making a difference.

  • Location(s): Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite, hybrid, or full-time remote based on your location. Onsite: Team members can choose to work full-time onsite at our corporate office. Hybrid: Our hybrid option allows team members to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office each week. Thursdays are considered to be a universal onsite day for all employees within a 40-mile radius of headquarters. Remote: Based on a candidate’s location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.
  • Schedule: As an Allied Recruiter, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST. Given the nature of the position, there may be time work falls outside of these hours.
  • Salary: This salaried position pays at $45,000/annually + offers uncapped commission opportunity. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!
  • Benefits: Medical insurance: premium as low as $16.59 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.

A day in the life of an Allied Recruiter

Support to our healthcare professionals:

  • On a daily basis, you will assess applicants based on GrapeTree standards and work to complete candidate files to prepare for placement.
  • You will orient applicants on GrapeTree processes and software.
  • You will work to achieve placement goals by successfully fitting candidates into open positions as well as organizing extensions for healthcare professionals’ assignment contracts.
  • You will be the main point of contact and will work to build and establish strong relationships and retention with our healthcare professionals.
  • You will build an applicant prospect pool by utilizing multiple sources including colleges, social media, internet sites, etc. to attract highly qualified talent.

Support to our healthcare facilities:

  • Communication is key! Through consistent communication with our facilities, you will evaluate their needs for Travel, Local, or PRN placement using reporting tools, running reports, etc.
  • You will evaluate marketing strategies by region for effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed.

Requirements

Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows.
  • Familiarity and comprehension of internet capabilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the new hire orientation and training.
  • Home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
