Chick-fil-A Hamlin is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Morning Prep Team Member to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to starting our day with excellence by preparing fresh produce and ensuring a safe, clean food environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday: 5:30 AM – 3:30PM
• Sundays Off – Always

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, cut, and prepare all fresh fruits and vegetables according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitization practices in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Maintain a clean, organized prep station and adhere to health regulations
• Rotate stock and check for quality and freshness
• Assist the kitchen team with additional prep or cleaning tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior food prep experience required (produce prep preferred)
• Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Must be clean, organized, have strong time management, and hustle to keep up with prep needs
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be available Monday - Saturday from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• ServSafe Certification preferred
