We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Gateway Townhomes in Romulus, Michigan. Explore the property here www.gateway-townhomes.com and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Your day-to-day:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks
Snow removal when needed

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
- $21 to $23/Hour DOE
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
